Schedule:

FULL TIME.
Split Shift (8-11AM and 4-6PM).
5 hours per day/ 5 days a week.
Monday to Friday.

Task:

Ambulation (incl walking).
Transferring Assistance.
Medication Reminders.
Drive to Doctor Appointments.
Meal Preparation.
